At Oracle Life Solutions, we are a fully remote life insurance agency specializing in mortgage protection and retirement solutions. We partner with industry-leading carriers and operate on premium, high-intent leads, giving our agents the strongest opportunity to succeed. As independent contractors, our team members have the freedom to build their own businesses while receiving the support of a proven system. With daily trainings, mentorship, and new-agent orientation, we ensure every agent has the knowledge, tools, and confidence to grow quickly and achieve long-term success.

Licensed or freshly licensed, what’s next?
If you are a Veteran in the industry or freshly licensed the process coming in is the same.
Every Thursday at 1 pm Est, we have our New Agent Onboarding
There is additional New Agent training that will have you ready to start selling!
We get on Zoom for our morning session 8 am-11 am
11 am Est we have daily training M-S
After lunch break, we hop back on Zoom with the teams to continue our day of work
Most people work M-F 8 am-6 pm; those who want more work later, and those who want even more work Saturdays.
We all have the same opportunities here, whether you want to just sell or you want to build your own agency!
